Broadcasting in a ghost-frequency high above the rain and ruin of the Pacific Northwest, Comet Cult transmits sonic mayhem from the cosmic void.

 

Comet Cult is Bill Thrower (bass, vocals), Brandon Fitzsimons (guitar, keyboards), and Jenni Thrower (guitar, vocals) - longtime collaborators stitched together by years spent in the magnetic decay of Seattle’s loudest corners. Their earliest missions began in bands like The Kept, Black Queen, Wormwood, Free Verse, Derailer, Downtrodden, and The Family Curse, where they shared stages with bands ranging from Neurosis, High on Fire, 16, Ludicra, The Blood Brothers and Coalesce to Sleater-Kinney, The Get Up Kids, Flipper (featuring Kris Novoselic), The Butchies, and many other great indie, punk, and metal bands. Comet Cult released a self-titled demo with a temporary line-up in 2024, which was recorded, mixed and co-produced by Brandon Fitzsimons at Crackle & Pop! and Airport Grocery, and mastered by Scott Craggs at Old Colony Mastering.
